All home care agencies are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and have regular inspections. We were found Outstanding in all five categories; Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led, and were one of the first home care agencies in Oxfordshire to achieve this.
In today’s fast-paced world, the need for reliable, compassionate assistance has never been greater. Caretree is a highly respected business offering a wide range of services that cater to the practical and emotional needs of individuals and families. Clients have trusted us to look after their loved ones for the past 15 years.
From simple acts like making a cup of tea or plumping your cushions to providing a more comprehensive package of care, sometimes visiting several times per day, we provide peace of mind through reassurance and thoughtful gestures. As a clinically led, highly respected, we can also cater for a range of clinical tasks and complex needs including specialist dementia care.
Our dedicated staff are highly trained and passionate to ensure you receive the best care possible.
We recognise the importance that everyone is an individual and therefore has very different needs and wants. That includes those around you that matter including your best friend with four legs.
“Is there anything else I can do?” Our staff love those little touches and going the extra mile.
In the words of Beth, one of our carers, “We do our upmost to ensure all clients are left with a smile upon their faces.”
Fabulous company and excellent care for my 91 year old mum. Caretree have been so supportive in every way. They are always on time, very kind and helpful, respectful, caring and somehow always know what needs to be done to help my mum.
The carers and office staff alike are so efficient and always contact me if there are concerns. I feel very lucky to have found them!

Caretree was established in 2009 to provide a high level of care to people living in Oxfordshire & Southern counties. Our Clinical Director/RCM brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare, having worked across a wide range of settings including the emergency services, primary and urgent care. In addition to this, he has served as a Specialist Advisor to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Caretree today provides compassionate, high-quality care that truly makes a difference in our clients’ lives. As Jarred often says, “deliver care in a way that you would want to receive it”. Jarred remains actively involved with the delivery of care as he recognises that to manage care it is vitally important to understand what is happening at the point of care delivery, in the Client’s home.
