We passionately believe in looking after our staff. We have created a "Staff Charter" that outlines what we offer to our staff and what we expect in return.

We are Recruiting!

We are on the look out for excellent carers in the Didcot and Abingdon area.

We offer a competitive salary (starting at £10.80 per hour weekday/£11.80 weekend) and increasing based on length of service. Our benefits package includes; Free training, 28 days paid holiday pro-rata (including bank holidays), 40p a mile car allowance, Free uniform and Free DBS check.

All of our clients are local, so you won't be expected to be driving from one end of the county to the other
